01

Supplier and scope

Tickessa is supplied by Wohnkabinen Forum Media & Network, owner Mark Mager, Berghauser Str. 65a, 42349 Wuppertal, Germany. These terms govern access to and use of Tickessa software and services. The offers are primarily intended for businesses; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

02

Sale and payment processing

Online purchases are processed by Paddle as authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. The Paddle entity named at checkout handles payment, invoicing, taxes, subscription management and refunds. The Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy also apply.

03

Self-hosted licence

The annual Self-hosted licence covers one production installation. Download access starts after confirmed payment and includes updates published during the paid period. Properly obtained eligible versions may continue to be used and downloaded after the update period, except after a refund, misuse or use beyond the agreed licence scope. The customer operates and secures its own infrastructure.

04

Hosted plans and AI allowance

Hosted plans include a separated customer environment and the updates described in the selected plan. Provisioning starts after confirmed payment. Hosted + AI includes 5 million AI tokens per billing month; unused included tokens expire at the period change. Purchased top-ups are credited only after confirmed payment and can be used while an eligible subscription is active.

05

Term, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew for the period shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancellation is available in the billing area or from the purchase confirmation and normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Price changes for future periods are communicated as required by applicable law.

06

Customer responsibilities and use rights

Customers must protect credentials and provide correct contact and business details. Self-hosted customers are responsible for backups, operating system, network, data protection settings and third-party components. Tickessa is protected by intellectual property law and may only be used within the purchased scope.

07

Availability, defects and liability

Specific availability and response times apply only where expressly agreed as a service level. Statutory defect and liability rules apply. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected.

08

Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections in a consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected. Wuppertal is the venue for merchants where legally permitted.
