The essential rules for purchasing, using and managing Tickessa.
01
Who processes refunds
For online purchases, Paddle is the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Submit refund and withdrawal requests from the purchase email, the billing area or Paddle buyer support. The Paddle Refund Policy and mandatory law apply.
02
Consumers and digital downloads
Consumers in the EU and EEA generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for certain digital purchases. For digital content, that right may end once download or use starts if the consumer expressly requested immediate supply and acknowledged losing the withdrawal right. Mandatory consumer rights and the declarations shown at checkout always take priority.
03
Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled for the future and normally remain available until the end of the paid period. Unused portions are generally not refunded unless mandatory law or the payment provider’s decision requires otherwise.
04
Technical defects
For a material technical problem, contact info@wkfmn.de first so we can investigate, repair or replace the affected delivery. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed products remain unaffected.
05
Business customers
Business customers have no voluntary return or refund right after download access or a hosted environment has been supplied, except where mandatory rights apply. Any goodwill refund for an online purchase is processed through Paddle.
06
Effect of a refund
A full refund ends access to the affected product. Downloaded software may no longer be used. Refunded AI top-ups are removed, and prior consumption may be taken into account where legally permitted.
