Purchase Local AI separately for your Tickessa download package. You can use the purchased version indefinitely.

The first year of updates is included. Further update years are optional one-time purchases. Previously entitled downloads remain available after update access expires.

What you need.

Self-hosted Tickessa

A purchased Tickessa download package on your own server. The plugin licence belongs to the same customer account.

An Apple Silicon Mac

Sufficient memory for your model, Node.js 22.13 or later and a local model server. macOS 27 support will be qualified after testing. Intel Macs, Windows and Linux are not supported by this plugin.

A private connection

Your Tickessa server must reach the Mac over LAN or an existing VPN. Check this with your hosting provider. DynDNS may locate a VPN endpoint; a public AI endpoint is not supported.

What happens when the Mac is off?

Local AI is unavailable, but you can continue working manually in Tickessa. “Local only” mode does not switch to a cloud AI service.

Are there per-request fees?

Tickessa does not charge a token allowance for this local plugin. You operate the hardware and models, subject to their licences and operating costs.

Is the entire setup included?

The package includes the Mac setup assistant and instructions. You prepare the Mac, local model runtime and any required VPN. Individual server and network configuration is not included.
